Frozen account

I started using 1password a month ago, beginning with the free trial. However, after the trial ended, I received an email indicating that my account had been frozen. To continue using the service, I purchased an annual subscription through the Apple subscription page on my iPhone. Despite this, I am still unable to access my account on both my phone and laptop. I urgently need help resolving this issue, as I have already paid for the service. I have contacted support, but have not received a response yet. My ticket number is #RST-73797-197.

    We don't discuss account details in the forum for your privacy. Thank you for writing in to my colleagues in email support; that was the best thing to do, and for providing that support id number. Someone should be with you as soon as possible.
