Import is greyed out

I have a few users whose "Import" is greyed out and they can not select it. They have tried logging out of the vault and back in, which allowed them to finally click on Import, but they were unable to select anything else. Restarting did not help either. This is happening on a Mac, a Windows 11 machine (running 8.10.7), and on the website for one user.

    Thanks for asking about importing data into 1Password. It's my pleasure to assist you with this today.

    The in app import tool requires permissions to create new vaults within a team, and would normally be disabled if the team member cannot create vaults. In most cases, adding the team members who need to import to a group with the right permissions will solve the error, but I'd need to review any 1Password account you may have to know for sure, and to provide directions to help get the import working for your team members.
