In Watchtower, the Two-factor authentication items from my Mac desktop are still showing after I have chosen to Ignore them in on my Iphone App. They don't appear to be synchronizing. Also, on the Mac desktop, how do I Ignore Two-factor authentication?

    Hello @Paulbaltzer1! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're not seeing items in the same state on both your iPhone and Mac. So that I can better understand the situation, I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing on your Mac and attach it to your reply:

    Please make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.

    Also, on the Mac desktop, how do I Ignore Two-factor authentication?

    Are you already using the 1Password 8 app on your Mac: Download 1Password 8

    If you are then you can choose to ignore Watchtower's suggestion regarding two-factor authentication by clicking on an item, expanding the "Two-factor authentication" banner, and clicking Ignore: Use Watchtower to find passwords you need to change

    Hello Dave,

    I downloaded the Mac app and it allows me to Ignore two-factor authentications and it looks to be synchronizing across all platforms.

    Thanks,
    Paul

    @Paulbaltzer1

    I'm happy to hear that you were able to download and install 1Password 8 for Mac. Are you now seeing changes made using 1Password on your iPhone make it to your other devices as well?

    If you're not then let me know and I can help troubleshoot further. 🙂
