Where have all my data gone?

Trying to restore my data in 1PW, I get the strange result that all entries are not visible but still listed. What happened ?

1Password Version: 7.9.10
Extension Version: 7.9.10
OS Version: MacOs 13.4.1
Browser: Safari

    If you've restored, fully quit 1Password and open it again. That should bring the data back into view. Here's how to quit 1Password completely using our helper in the menu bar.

    1. Look for our helper in the menu bar near the WiFi indicator and the clock. Right-click (Option-click) on the helper and select Quit 1Password completely.
    2. Quit your browser.
    3. Open 1Password.
