Firefox Beta - Unable to use passkey for google account

Similar to 688193 but for Firefox

My google account does have a period ..

I made sure any adblocking are whitelisted or disable prior to logging in.

It would request my plugging in my security key to login.

When I request alternative methods like passwords, it would not progress past the passkey dialog
