I presume this is similar to https://1password.community/discussion/143009/safari-extension-doesnt-work-in-macos-14-2-beta

On iOS and iPadOS 17.2 Beta 1, the 1Password Safari extension does not load and cannot autofill. The wheel spins and a "Oops, something went wrong while loading." message appears.

1Password Version: 8.10.20
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 17.2b1
Browser: Safari

  • Hello @owine and @sankara! 👋

Thank you for reporting the issue. This is an issue in both of the latest macOS and iOS beta and the webkit team has identified and fixed this problem in Safari for a future release.

Please keep iOS updated, hopefully the fix is released in a future iOS beta update soon.

For the time being, the following steps should help get things working again: Clear your cache on iPhone – Apple Support

Thanks Dave. That solved it. Just to be add something - the support page talks about clearing the safari cache by going into the history tab. That didn’t work for whatever reason. Clearing the cache and history from the settings app worked though.

I'm happy that you were able to workaround the issue, thanks for sharing the additional step with the community. 🙂
