Exactly the same here with macOS 13.6.1. Version 7.9.12 crashes immediately after login. According to https://app-updates.agilebits.com/product_history/OPM7 this version doesn't even exist.

I get the following error when launching 1Password 7.9.12 on OS X 10.13.6 (High Sierra) every time:

    Dyld Error Message:
    Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftAppKit.dylib
    Referenced from: /Applications/1Password 7.app/Contents/MacOS/1Password 7
Reason: Incompatible library version: 1Password 7 requires version 45.0.0 or later, but libswiftAppKit.dylib provides version 1.0.0

Pleas use the following instructions to return to 1Password 7.9.11

    1. Quit all open web browsers, especially Safari.
    2. Look for our helper in the menu bar near the WiFi indicator and the clock. Right-click (option-click) on the helper and select quit 1Password completely.
    • Alternatively, if you do not have our helper shown please use the following steps to quit 1Password. Open or bring 1Password to the front and press the following keys. Command + Option + Control + Q - (⌘ ⌥ ^ Q)

    • If 1Password is indeed crashing, the helper may not be present you may able to move to steps 3.

    1. Drag 1Password from the Applications folder to the Trash. Do not use an "app cleaner" or "uninstaller" tool to remove the app or additional files. If prompted, enter the password you use to sign in to your Mac.
    2. Restart the Mac.
    3. Download the previous version of 1Password 7.9.11 from the 1Password website.
    4. Quit any open web browsers and then install 1Password.
    5. Open and unlock 1Password before opening your web browser.
