Passkey pop-up partially obscured

While trying to log in to the Michigan.gov website using my passkey, the passkey pop-up appeared as usual in the upper-right corner of my browser window, but the bottom-half was cut off, as can be seen here:

Any suggested workaround?

1Password Version: 8.10.24
Extension Version: 2.19.0
OS Version: macOS 14.3.1
Browser: Safari
