Individual Account Joining Family Account
My wife has an individual account, and when I sent her an invite to join our Family account, the only option presented to her is "Create your account". How does she use her existing account and passwords to join the Family account without starting over?

If they have a previous account, they must create a new account under the family umbrella and then move the data from the first account to the second one. Finally, they'll discard or cancel the old account. There is no process for adding or bringing an account under the family umbrella. They'll need to accept the invite and go through the account creation process from your invite.

Thanks. Is there an automated way to "move the data from the first account to the second one" or is it simply manually copying each log in?

@emsnba Install the desktop app. With the desktop app, you can sign in to both accounts at the same time, and you will see all vaults of all signed in accounts. Now you can just select all entries of one vault of the old account and bulk copy all selected entry to a vault of your new account.

The following may help. Try the select all option. Typically, that is select one item in the middle column and then press Command A and then Right-click and select move. Control A would be for Windows.
