Hello,

This Web Site : http://www.gmf.fr/ (of a French Insurance Company) Ask a username splited in to part as you could see at

https://espace-assure.gmf.fr/public/pages/securite/IC2.faces?estat_svc=s=272072188845&class=HP&page=Votre+espace+soci%E9taire+%28public%29&type=40&g=261061188844?

One filed named "clefSoc" (then 3 zero), then on field named "refSoc" ... and after clicking on OK ...
.. it ask for a 5 number PW

I can not fing a way to tell 1PW to fill the 2 parts of the username ...It seems you can not define 2 field as username
(and the 1PW fill the password field with the username characters (and you must erase them before entering the PW with a "screen keyboard")

How can I do more seamlessly my login to this site (very heavy procedure for instance)

Regards,

Bernard

Please try saving a new Login manually like this:

    1. Enter your credentials on the page, but DO NOT submit the form.
    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.
    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).
    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

    https://espace-assure.gmf.fr/public/pages/securite/IC2.faces?estat_svc=s=272072188845&class=HP&page=Votre+espace+soci%E9taire+%28public%29&type=40&g=261061188844

Manually saving a new Login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Saving a new Login item allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. :)

I hope that helps. Please let me know.

    Hello Khad,

Yep It works fine ... 1PW is not enable to fill the password using the "screen number keyboard", but it could fill the first letter and the number of my username .. Thank very much.

By the way, I've manually copied exactly the same field in my previous login (directly in 1Password App), but it do not work) ... it work only if you do the job using the + in the browser tool bar ... why ?

    Regards

    Bernard

The 1Password extension "learns" the form fields directly from the page, so it is always most reliable to save Logins via the browser extension rather than trying to create them manual in the main application. We don't normally ever recommend creating Logins in the main application because of this. It's there if needed in certain special cases, but the extension handles it better. :)
