A Category that's glaringly absent in 1Password is Insurance. For policy number, insurer name, agent's name and phone number, policyholder, policy period, etc. for Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Medical Insurance, Roadside Assistance Insurance, etc. Everyone needs this information if they're in an auto accident or have an auto breakdown, if they're filing out forms in a doctor's office, or if their house burns down.

    I use Membership items for all of the data you listed. Select File > New Item > New Wallet Item from the menu bar, and then select "Membership" from the list. I haven't found any information for those types of items that didn't fit well there, but there is also a Notes field for you to fill with additional info if necessary.
