Hello!

Fist of all, as this is my first post here - I love 1Password! Great, great application!

I also love how I can quickly access my website passwords through website extensions. But it's slightly time-consuming to find password for other things when outside a browser. Say, I wanted to find my Jabber IM password - I need to open 1Password, select the password type and search for it. I think that having a "system extension" would speed up simple searching for passwords (when I don't really want to edit them, just search for them).

I'm attaching an mock-up image of what I mean. What do you think?

    Thanks for letting us know you would be interested in this, @pglaz! I know there is already a menu bar icon in 1Password 3.9, but we've certainly looked at expanding the capabilities of it. I'll pass your vote for this along to the developers.

    Yes, the menu bar icon is already present but I'd love to see it's functionality aligned with how it works in browser extensions :)
