1Password 8.9.8 won't autofill on https://frontrangeorthopedics.followmyhealth.com/

I can't get 1Pw 8.9.8 to autofill on this site, either from the field buttons, or the Safari Extension button.

1Password Version: 8.9.8
Extension Version: 2.4.1
OS Version: 12.6.1

    Hey srp,

    I have done some testing on the Front Range Orthopedics website and I don't seem to be running into any issues. Can you try the below steps to manually save your login and let me know if you are still having trouble:

    1. Go to the log in page
    2. Manually enter your log in details but don't click enter or sign in.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Save Login'
    4. Give it a title and click Save.
    5. Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill.
