Hey 1P_Dave!
I've updated to Sequoia 15.2 (24C101). This didn't fix the issue. However, thank you for pointing out the green dot in the browser settings. I noticed that the dot was yellow and it stated "Integration status: Disconnected"
I decided to uninstall my 1Password Mac client. I noticed I had 2 different installs. One was simply titled "1Password" and the other titled "1Password 06.45.43 AM". I deleted both and installed the client again, and this fixed the issue! The dot is now green and "Integration status: Connected"
