1Password Chrome Extension freezes Chrome

I've just recently noticed that Chrome freezes and becomes intermittently non-responsive to the mouse/keyboard. Disabling the 1Password Chrome extension seems to fix the issue. Has anyone else notice...

I'm sorry that Chrome stops responding if 1Password is enabled. I'm running the same version of 1Password that you are and I'm not seeing an issue with Chrome. As a start, can you update to macOS 14.6.1 just in case that helps: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support (CA)

If you still see the issue after updating then can you tell me the following:

  1. Does the issue occur on a particular website? Or does it appear randomly on all sorts of websites?
  2. What version of Chrome are you running?
