Re: macOS: After Updating to 1Password for Safari 8.12.4 autofill for many sites no longer works
1Password (8.12.5) suddenly stopped working in Safari. I am able to see the passwords related to the site I am on, but clicking on the password or selecting Auto Fill from the toolbar menu no longer does anything.
I must now manually copy my username and password from the 1Password app into the appropriate fields on the login pages.
I tried restarting my MacBook Pro and reinstalling the 1Password for Safari app/extension (8.12.4). Neither of these resolved the issue.

I can confirm that this is an issue with the 8.12.4 extension. I rolled back to the 8.12.2 extension and it is working correctly. Also ,the 8.12.16 (TestFlight) it is resolved in as well. Only 8.12.4 is having this problem.

Having the same issue as well. Seems to have started with the last update.

I did an update to Nightly and still having the issue.
