1Password is not filling credentials into any website in Safari

Had a problem with an Amex accounts that required me to clear history and cache in Safari. Amex password has been reset. Now 1P will no longer auto fill login credentials on any website - must copy and paste. Works fine with FireFox and Chrome. I think it has something to do with clearing all my cache. Can't find answer on 1P forums. See screen shot. Please Help!
