Just to clarify: are you clicking on the 1Password suggestion to fill your username/password? 1Password won't automatically fill anything into a page without direct action from you. Direct action includes clicking on the suggestion in the 1Password inline menu, using the fill in browser shortcut (Command-Backslash), or clicking Open and Fill from the 1Password app.
Can you tell me which of these actions you're performing to fill into the page?
