1Password Prompt Unavailable

ModeratorThank you for the reply. It looks like iOS AutoFill isn't detecting the fields on the in-app page on your iPhone. Since AutoFill is specifically handled by iOS, 1Password is unable to control which fields get detected and filled in another iOS app since we only provide the data for the experience.
I'd recommend that you try uninstalling and reinstalling the FSAFEDS app, if that still doesn't work then I suggest reaching out to Apple Support so that they can help you troubleshoot further on why iOS isn't detecting the login fields on that page on your device.
