Ok I think I either found a bug or just are maybe not up to date but...
I had the same situation where MFA codes on Goog Auth were not matching ones generated in 1pass. What I found was taking a picture of the QR code from my phone generated a DIFFERENT code from the one I took using the "snapshot" tool inside the MAC native 1Pass App. The QR code picture taken when setting MFA up in the mobile app worked and the MAC Native 1Pass App did NOT. This seems like something is off with the snapping tool in the MAC Native 1Pass App.
