Any way to prevent email autosuggest?

Hey Severisth, there's not a way to easily turn something like that off. However, I can let you know about a workaround that can help.
Those sign-up form suggestions come from Identity items. To ensure that those suggestions do not appear going forward, you can do the following:
- Remove your email address from your Identity items.
This will still allow you to use your Identity items to fill addresses. If that's important to you, I recommend doing this.
Move your Identity items into another vault and turn off that vault from the extension settings in your browser.
This will make it harder for you to fill your addresses. If you don't do that, and do not want to make changes to your Identity items, then this is a good option.
