ARC Browser extension not poping up

I recently started using Arc browser.

the 1password extension does not pop up on keyboard shortcut ctrl shift X.

when clicking on it, it seems its a separate window, does not close with escape, have to click the x.

any solution?

Windows/Arc version 1.57.0 (344)

    dear moderators,

    do you have any update on below?

    its been 6 months and the issue remains.

    its probably an Arc issue but any chance you figure out a workaround to open the extension with keyboard shortcut?

      Thanks for following up on this. I took a look and the issue is still open in our developer's backlog. I've added your report to the internal work item as well so that our developers are aware that you're affected by the issue.

    Hello Silky21​! 👋

    Thanks for reaching out. I've tested 1Password in Arc in Windows on my end and I see the same issue, pressing CTRL-SHIFT-X doesn't open 1Password in the browser's window. 

    I've filed an issue with our development team so that they can investigate this further. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
