3 years agoAutofill doesn't work with Simplifi by Quicken?
Simplifi by Quicken made updates to their platform many months ago and ever since autofill hasn't worked. I now have to manually copy/paste the password and type my email address every time. Does anyone else use this platform and experienced the same thing?

Hey @rjohns026 ! Sorry for the trouble here. I'm not a user of the Simplifi platform, but I've done some testing on my end and I was able to get autofill to work as expected. If they made some changes, you could try creating a new login manually to see if it works (that's what I just did in my tests). Here are my steps:
- Navigate to the sign in page -> https://app.simplifimoney.com/
- Type in your email and password manually - don't click login.
- Right click the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar.
- Select 'Save Login' and save it as a New Item.
- Refresh the webpage.
- Click on the Email field and try select the new login you just created from the inline menu.
Let me know if that works for you? 🙂
