ModeratorI'm sorry that I don't have better news to share. On the Mac, we recently released a custom trusted browsers feature which allows you to add an unsupported browser with a valid code signature to 1Password for Mac. The team is hoping to bring this feature to Windows in the future but it's not available currently.
I've let the team know that you would find the feature useful.
For the time being, you may still be able to use 1Password with Opera but, since Opera isn't a supported browser, you'll need to unlock the extension separately from the desktop app using your account password.
