ModeratorSince Opera isn't a supported browser it's expected behaviour that app integration won't work for anyone who is using Opera on Windows as a result of a fix that was implemented in a recent version of 1Password that closed an issue that would allow unsupported browsers to use app integration in certain situations.
I understand the impact that this has to your use of 1Password and I wish that I had a better solution to provide. I've passed your experience and comments along to the team internally. On the Mac, as mentioned, folks can add Opera (or other unsupported browser) as a custom trusted browser and hopefully this feature makes its way to 1Password for Windows in the future to help folks like you and your colleague.
