Can Touch ID work with the Chromium Browser extension?

I can get Touch ID to work with Chrome, but not my Chromium browser. Is it possible?

1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: 2.2.3
OS Version: macOS 12.0.1

    Hi @pansophy! Sorry to hear that Touch ID is not working in your browser. Just to check, what specific browser is it? If you try to open and unlock 1Password in that browser, are you asked to enter your Account Password, or do you get another message?

    Lastly, could you do the following:

    1. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select Settings.
    2. Go to General and turn off "Integrate with 1Password app".
    3. Turn "Integrate with 1Password app" back on.
    4. Close your browser, lock 1Password, and test things again.
