Cannot SAVE Edits to Logins

I get this message when trying to edit a password: What is the solution? 1Password Version: 8.10.15 Extension Version: 2.15.1 OS Version: 13.5.2 Browser: Safari

What is causing this issue? All was working well yesterday and today I get some data corruption.

What does Account Reset do? I runs pretty fast.
