Cannot Update Payment Method
I tried to update my payment method from my old credit card to renew my annual subscription, but the payment method never fully updates in my account. My bank has approved the connection to my account directly, but the account does not appear as a payment option in my 1password billing settings. At this point, 1password has submitted payment against the expired card at least four times and is ruining my credit (because the payment continues to fail). I've reached out through the chatbot and had three different tickets opened, and no one has reached out to me. I am beyond frustrated. I don't want to cancel my account, but you are negatively affecting my credit by not handling this simple update!

I figured out a way to do it;
- Change the country address to something that is not your country
- Change it back to the country you are in
- Go to invoice setting
- Add your address in the setting.
- Now I am able to add a new credit card
Weird. The 1Password team should fix this problem.

I'm having the same problem. Have contacted support but not heard anything back, it's been a few days. I keep getting emails saying they failed to update my payment. Frustrating when you're TRYING to pay a company and you can't. lol. Case Number is 539493
