Hello RArmishaw! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when filling your login credentials in the MySubaru app. It appears that you're running into two known issues:

  1. An issue that affects multiple apps where you'll see a prompt to allow filling into an app where the "Always Allow" option is missing so that you can avoid the prompt in the future.
  2. An issue where login credentials aren't filled into the MySubaru app even after choosing to fill them once.

Our developers are tracking both issues and hopefully a fix can be released in a future update soon. For the time being, copying and pasting your login credentials is the best workaround: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don't work with 1Password
