4 years agoChanging password for my Gap card but 1password won't fill in the "confirm" password
When I tried to change the password for my GAP credit card, it required the password to be re-entered. 1Password wouldn't do it, and I couldn't get the site to accept anything other than the password...

4 years agoThanks for clarifying @stevenm107 ,
That indeed sounds like the website purposefully prevents that confirmation field from being autofilled or copy-pasted. Perhaps it is possible to use drag and drop into it?
- Get to the password confirmation field.
- Open the extension by clicking on its icon in the top right corner of your browser.
- Grab the password with your mouse and drag it form the extension's window into the confirmation field on the website.
Does that work? If not, then they sure did went through a lot to force users to manually type in stuff.
