Chrome extension offline
I am setting my dad's Mac up as part of our 1Password family account. I have the desktop app working fine and added the Chrome extension since that is his primary browser. The extension says that it is offline (red cloud with the slash on it). When I click on it to "retry connection", I just get an error message saying that my account is offline and I wont' be able to save changes until I am signed in and online.
I am signed in and online with the desktop version, and it is working fine.
I deleted and reinstalled the browser extension, but it still says offline. Based on another Community post, I went into the extension settings and turned off "integrated with the desktop app", logged out, logged back in, and then turned it back on - still offline.
How do I fix this?

Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
