4 years agoHey codeknight ! Sorry for the issue you've run into here. It sounds like the communication between the browser extension and the native app has broken down. Try these steps to see if you can re-establish that communication link:
- Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and click 'Settings'.
- Scroll down to the end of the General section and look for the setting "Integrate with 1Password app" and toggle it off.
- Scroll down to "Accounts & vaults" at the bottom.
- Sign out of your account and Sign in again.
After that, please give your computer a restart to ensure no pending process prevents 1Password from connecting with the browser. Once your computer turns back on, continue with the following:
- Open and sign into the 1Password desktop app first.
- Then go ahead and re-open Chrome and turn on the "Integrate with 1Password app" option again.
