Thank you - that appears to have fixed it again. I had the same issue 3 weeks ago (https://1password.community/discussion/127902/1p-browser-extension-only-unlocks-one-account-and-isnt-synced-with-desktop-lock-status#latest) - perhaps there's something that can be done to stop the two getting disconnected?
