Closing 1PW Quits the App

Title says everything. Since a few days pressing CMD+W or closing with the red X icon quits the app instead of just closing it. This is very annoying, please fix soon! 1Password Version: 8.10....

Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry that the 1Password app is closing unexpectedly, as a first step can you please make sure that you have 1Password set to run in the background even if the main window is closed:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
  2. Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click General.
  5. Make sure that "Keep 1Password in the menu bar" is turned on.

If that doesn't help, or if the option was already on, then please let me know. 🙂
