Delete Tag

How do I completely delete a tag from 1Password Mac? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provided

Hello BillW78! 👋

You can permanently delete a tag by using the 1Password for Mac app:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
  2. In the sidebar scroll down to where your tags are listed.
  3. Right-click on a tag and then click Delete.

This will untag all of the items currently tagged with that tag and then permanently delete the tag. Let me know if you have any questions. :)
