Disable sending autofill information with website URL

When I click the website in a login object, it adds a bunch of random text which I assume is autofill information How can I configure 1Password to NOT send all that additional info...

When you right click the URL, there is an option to "Open" versus "Open and Fill"

Useful, but would be great of we could choose "Open" as the default action
