I'm sorry that you're seeing the wrong item being opened in 1Password when using Safari on your iPhone. Just to confirm, are these the steps that you're using to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open Safari to any website and tap the AA button in the address bar (If you're using your iPad tap on 1Password icon in the address bar.)
  2. Search for an item and then tap on an item.
  3. Tap on the three-dot menu and then tap Edit.
  4. Tap Open.

If these are the correct steps then I do see a known issue that our developers are currently looking into on iOS. It's distinct from the issue in the thread that you originally posted in so I've split your comment into a new thread.

If the steps that you're using to reproduce the issue are different then please let me know. 🙂
