Enhance category/tag capabilities

1Password has the ability to add category tags to links, but has very little support for using them. This was one of the features I loved about LassPass, and miss it. Specifically:

  1. Provide a view selection that will show links sort and organized by category tag, and make the view selection persistable.
  2. In the AddTag dropdown list when editing a link show the existing category/tags in alphabetical order.
