Hello,

Thank you for your response. I have no complaints about 1Password. I've only been using it for a short time and just wanted to try another one. That doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll switch.

My version of 1Password:
1Password 7
Version 7.9.11 (70911001)
Mac App Store

I am unable to import at all. I’ve tried on Chrome and another password manager, but it simply says "error," and on Chrome, it states that the format is not correct.

Also, I don’t understand why I don’t have the latest version of 1Password. Do you think installing version 8 would resolve my issue?
