Thank you for the reply and for providing that information. 1Password 7 is an older version of the app that is no longer supported and I recommend that you upgrade:

Once you've upgraded, try to export to a CSV file again using 1Password 8: How to export your data from the 1Password desktop app

Note: exports are unencrypted and remove your passwords and other items from the protected and secure environment of 1Password. Be careful when exporting your data and store your CSV file securely since other apps and people will be able to open and read it.
