Hey ronen ,
Sorry, I wrote my reply while you posted yours so I didn't see it.I have taken a look at the login flow of this website and saw that when you start the login process, you enter your username on "sony.uk", but then when you reach the password field it redirects you to "my.account.sony.com" which is a completely different domain, and why 1Password isn't suggesting autofill there.
The solution is simple:
- Open your 1Password.
- Find the login entry for Sony's website, select it and click on "Edit".
- Under the username and password field you will see the website field where it has "sony.uk" as the website address. Select the empty "website" field under it and add another address: https://my.account.sony.com
- Click on "Save" to save the changes, and now this login entry will work in both the username and password field.

Hi.
Sorry but I'm a bit tired from this procedure.
Please see my solution above.
Thanks anyway. - Former Member
Hey ronen ,
Please try deleting the current login item entry of that website from your 1Password (but copy the username/password to a temporary location if you don't remember it by heart), then try this:
- Get to the login page of the website and type in or paste your email address, and save it as a new login.
- Go past the picture stage and reach the password field. Type in or paste your password, then click the 1Password extension icon in Safari's toolbar and select the grey gear icon on the top right corner, then select "New Login". The save/update prompt should show up.
- Choose to update the existing login entry so that the password will be added to that login entry.
- Close the page, then re-open it and try to autofill. If you reach the password field and it is not being autofilled, try clicking the 1Password extension icon in Safari's toolbar and click on "Autofill" there, or press CMD+\ (Command + Backslash) on your keyboard to autofill that field.
Did that work?

Well. Did as you recommended.
a new window appear without 1P pop up password to fill.
I will fill it manually.
Thanks anyway.
Have a gear day.

My Mistake. Sorry - the website preferences was blocked.

I don't see 1P option to save or fill. I already have 1P login in this website. - Former Member
