How can I enter a passport photo and PDF into the passport item? Not the file, the actual photo/PDF. I can add the file attachment. This is for a Mac laptop.

I would like the photo of a passport, Medicare card, etc. to display automatically when opening the Passport item. Links which I figured how to do are of no value if there is no internet connection.
