How do I find an old or previous password?

I just tried to change my password on a website and used 1Password to change the value (I was logged in successfully). The site then proceeded to refuse to update the password. Now I don't know what ...

Click the little down arrow next to the password field and if there are previous passwords, there will be a "View Password History" option.
