I cannot acces my data anymore

Question

after an update I cannot access my data anymore. 1password opens with facecheck and leads me to a page wirh the options to add my account or use a 14 day test version.

I know my Password, but not the secret key asked for.

Is there any option to reset the software and unlock it by facecehck again?

That sounds really unfortunate, do you have your emergency kit or recovery codes? https://support.1password.com/emergency-kit/ Otherwise I suggest contacting https://1password.com/contact-support to see if they can help recover from the existing backup on your device.

I have no chance to enter teh support site, as they are also aksing fpr the secret key ... any other idea?&nbsp;

Unfortunately that is why you got all 'save your emergency kit' popups you might have ignored. The problem is the secret key is part of the 'key' to your data and the only one that has said key is you yourself (but if you ignored saving that ...)&nbsp;See Lost Secret Ket &amp;quot;Emergency Kit&amp;quot; | 1Password Community for a likewise situation and more information

hi tom, isn't there any option to reset the 1p app on the old device into its status opening just with the face check. i changed nothing on my old device runing 1p v7.thanks for a check :-)hp
