I do not get the option to unlock 1Password using touchid on the Edge extension

Hi! I'm moving away from Safari into Edge, and I really miss the touchid integration to unlock 1Password extension. I searched the internet, and it seems the feature exists, but is does not appea...

You should definitely be able to unlock 1Password in Microsoft Edge with Touch ID. First, let's check to see if integration works:

  1. Quit 1Password completely by clicking the 1Password menu beside the  logo and choosing Quit 1Password Completely
  2. Quit your browser.
  3. Open and unlock 1Password.
  4. Open your browser and test to see if 1Password is unlocked.

If 1Password is automatically unlocked in Edge:

  1. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Lock.
  2. Click the icon again and let me know if you get the prompt to unlock with Touch ID.
