Identity drop down
I have few IDs stored in 1password. Whenever there is a textbox on any site to enter password like info, these identities automatically show up as dropdown entries and interfere with my experience. almost 99.99% never I want to enter my ID in any website. why these ID keep bothering me forever and how to stop it?

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, does using Option 1 help avoid the issue from happening? Or are you still seeing prompts from 1Password automatically appear and get in the way?
I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂

1Password Team
Hello sach_nyc, thank you for writing in.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're bumping into with 1Password in the browser. If the Identity items appear as suggestions for a field, it may be that the field is labelled as "name" or something similar that's triggering 1Password in the browser to offer the Identity items.
So that I can take a closer look at the issue, can you send me the website URL and the page where the problem occurs?
In the meantime, there are a couple of things you can try to improve the extension's behaviour:
Option 1
1. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar, then select "Settings".
2. In the Autofill & save section, turn off the "Show autofill suggestions when a form field is in focus" option. This will hide the autofill menu until you left-click the 1Password icon directly within a field. Please note that this option will affect the autofill menu on all websites.
Option 2
1. Right-click anywhere on the web page.
2. Select "1Password - Password Manager", then choose "Hide on this page".This option will only prevent 1Password from offering to autofill on this web page for the duration of your browsing session. Once your browser is closed and reopened you will need to follow the above steps again to prevent 1Password from offering to autofill on this web page again.
Hope that helps! Please give those options a try and let me know if you have any additional questions. I look forward to your reply.
