Keyboard Shortcut Cmd+Shift+X Not Working on Brave (Mac)

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the time you took to share the screenshots. In the first image, the shortcuts don't appear to be set for the extension. Here's a screenshot for reference:

On Chromium browsers, if you clear the shortcut and refresh the brave://extensions/shortcuts page, the shortcut reappears but is not set.

Does the shortcut appear in the 1Password extension settings as shown in the above screenshot if you navigate to the extensions shortcut page, click the pencil icon for "Activate the extension" and re-add the same shortcut keys to ( CMD⌘ + Shift⇧ + X )?
