Thank you for taking the time to post the screen recording and for the additional information. I've done some more testing and I can reproduce the same issue when using the nightly version of 1Password in the browser, the same version that you mentioned using. An internal issue has been filed with our development team to investigate this further.

For the time being there are two workarounds:

  1. Use the stable version of the 1Password extension instead of the nightly: 1Password – Password Manager - Chrome Web Store
  2. When filling your login, don't click on the suggestion in the filling menu that appears below the email field on iCloud.com. Instead, click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Autofill there. That seems to avoid the issue.
