Safari Extension can’t connect to iOS app
When attempting to use the Safari extension, I get the below message:
Could not connect to the 1Password App. Try unlocking again.
Issue is intermittent, and I’m able to access password...

2 years agoI'm not personally aware of such a link but I've asked the team internally if there is one that we can share. If I do find a link I'll update this thread. 🙂
Clearing the cache has resolved the issue for everyone that I'm aware of, can you try clearing more than an hour? If that doesn't work then you might be running into a different issue that we'll need to investigate separately. Do you have access to update your device to iOS 17.2 beta 3 to see if that improves things?
