  • Hello greengurl0025! 👋

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with accessing your 1Password account. I know how important it is to be able to access your 1Password data, and the team and I will help as much as possible.

At 1Password, we value your privacy and security. Because of that, your account password and Secret Key are tools to decrypt your information and are stored on your device. They are never transmitted to us: About your Secret Key

Do you have any devices that are still signed in at the moment? If you do, you can locate your sign in information there: Find your Secret Key or Setup Code

If you don't have any devices where you're signed into 1Password, and you don't have your Emergency Kit or a recovery code, then are you using a 1Password Families membership? If you are, then your family organizer can help you recover your account: Recover accounts for family or team members

If you still can't find your Secret Key then please send an email to support@1Password.com along with a link to this thread so that our support team can help further.

Your secret key is in your in your Emergency Kit.

Sorry to hear about your data loss. This isn't the place for advice of good, secure, and/or private options for backup up data, "cloud sync" services, etc. and I'm sure you don't need anyone pointing out what you just learned the hard way about storing valuable things on only one device - especially one so easily lost, stolen, broken, or on which a single mistake can have serious consequences. I certainly wouldn't mention it.
